I don’t often do these. I get super carried away adding more and more detail, but this one had such a fun story behind it that I just had to do it.
This was in fact a wedding gift for the the bride on her wedding day, so its still wedding related.
The story goes that when the bride (Alice) was a child and holidayed with her family with the another family, they all visited an ice cream shop. The adult got these lovely raspberry liquorice flavoured ice-creams and the kids were only allowed plain vanilla ice creams. Well, my client has always been referred to as ‘the ice cream lady’ every since by Alice, reminding her of the injustice of not getting the fancy raspberry liquorice ice cream as well!
