With over 20 years of experience in the design industry, Catherine has worked as a pattern designer with a wide range of brands, retailers, design studios, and suppliers. Her portfolio spans numerous product categories, including bedding, cushions, luggage, rugs, pet accessories, fashion, and stationery.

Catherine’s design style is often described as energetic, vibrant, and rich in colour. She enjoys collaborating with design managers, heads of design, and creative start-ups to develop distinctive patterns that authentically reflect brand identity. Whether creating digitally using Adobe Creative Suite or working with hand-illustrated and watercolour techniques, Catherine seamlessly blends creativity and craftsmanship to deliver unique, market-ready designs.

Having been introduced to Catherine through a mutual business contact (my wife) I discussed my idea to have some bespoke fabric designs created to sell alongside the other designs we currently provide at Bandanas and Mash. Catherine took my GCSE C Grade in Art design as well as some other ideas and created exactly what I was looking for. Throughout the project she has been fantastic in listening and adapting my ideas to create something far better than I had in mind.

Catherine was brought onboard to provide a number of different ranges across our own brand of kitchen textiles. She was a pleasure to work with ensuring that there weas plenty of collaboration and kept in touch with myself on an almost daily basis, a somewhat rarity these days.

The designs were generated from her market knowledge and trends awareness, she has a great eye for detail and up and coming trends for the following seasons.
