Last Saturday, I had the pleasure of illustrating live at the beautiful Ponden Mill Weddings, celebrating the marriage of the lovely Mr & Mrs Beaumont.
I always say that every wedding has its own unique atmosphere, and this one was full of warmth, laughter and genuine joy. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that Becky and Brad were completely present in the day, enjoying every moment together with their family and friends.
One of my favourite parts of attending weddings is hearing how couples first met. Becky and Brad’s story began while working together at TGI Fridays, proving that sometimes love really does find you when you least expect it.
When I asked Becky what she loves most about Brad, she described him as kind, selfless, an excellent cook, and “a bit dopey in an endearing way” – which made me smile! Brad told me that he loves Becky’s beautiful eyes, her stunning smile, and simply everything about her.
As a live wedding illustrator, it’s such a privilege to witness these personal stories and capture the atmosphere of the day through artwork. Creating a live illustration allows couples to take home a unique keepsake filled with memories from one of the most important days of their lives.
Thank you so much to Brad and Becky for inviting me to be part of your wedding day. It was a fantastic celebration and a joy to illustrate.
