Original Artwork

All original artworks are unique and sold on a first-come basis

Colours may vary slightly due to screen differences

Originals are subject to availability and are usually non-returnable, except where required by UK consumer law

Snail Mail Art Club (Subscription Prints)

The art club is an ongoing subscription

Prints are sent by post at the stated frequency

Content, format, or timing may change slightly as part of the creative process

You may cancel your subscription according to the terms set out in our Refund Policy

COMMISSIONED WORK

Commissioned artworks are created specifically for you based on an agreed brief, size, medium, and timeframe.

Commission Process

A commission is confirmed once details are agreed in writing and payment (or a non-refundable deposit, where applicable) is received

Estimated completion times are provided in good faith but may vary due to the nature of creative work

Progress updates may be shared at our discretion, but the final artistic outcome remains the artist’s creative interpretation

 

Artistic Discretion

By commissioning a piece, you acknowledge that:

You are purchasing an original artwork in the artist’s style

Minor changes in colour, texture, or composition are part of the creative process

Requests that significantly alter the agreed brief may incur additional costs or be declined

 

Cancellations

Commissions cannot be cancelled once work has begun

Any deposits paid are non-refundable

If full payment has been made and work has not yet started, cancellation may be considered at our discretion

 

 

SECTION 6 – ORDERS, BILLING & PAYMENTS

All payments are processed securely via PayPal.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including suspected resale or misuse.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing and contact information so we can fulfil your orders and contact you if needed.

 

 

SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS

We may link to or rely on third-party services (such as PayPal or postal services). These are provided “as is” and are outside our control.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, tools, or services. Please review their terms before using them.
